Caves: A Fragile Wilderness
The Smithsonian Institution National Museum of Natural History developed "Caves: A Fragile Wilderness" in 2001 to complement its presentation of the IMAX film, “Journey into Amazing Caves". The exhibit consists of photographs by NSS members and the Society worked closely with the Smithsonian during its development.
Beginning in November 2002, the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibit Service will tour the exhibition to 20 locations across the country. Information for museums interested in hosting the exhibition as well as the venue schedule as it develops will soon be available on the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service web site http://www.si.edu/sites/
